We sell brand new products directly from the factory.
If you have any questions, please contact us via "TradeManager" or "Offer Message". We will get back to you within 1 working day or less. Please include your order number in all communications.

shipment

When placing an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including shipping. After the payment is completed, we will ship the item within 7 days.
We only ship to the order address. Before making a payment, please make sure your address is correct.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Due to the difference in customs clearance time in various countries/regions, we do not guarantee the delivery time of all international goods, which may affect the speed of your product inspection.
Please note that the buyer must be responsible for all other customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes imported into your country. These additional fees may be charged upon delivery. For rejected goods, we will not refund the freight. Shipping costs do not include any import taxes, and the buyer is responsible for customs duties.

Return

We do our best to serve our customers.
If you return the product within 15 days after receiving it for any reason, we will refund your payment. However, the buyer should ensure that the returned items remain in their original condition. If the item is damaged or lost when returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistics company to compensate for the damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

Warranty and maintenance

We provide 1 month free replacement. Buyers can request replacement within 15 days after receiving the product. The buyer shall return the product to us in the original condition and bear the transportation cost of the returned product.
We also provide 12 months of free maintenance. The buyer shall return the product to us in the original condition and bear the transportation cost of the returned product. If any parts need to be replaced, the buyer shall also pay for the parts to be replaced.
Before returning the goods, please confirm the return address and logistics method with us. After handing the item to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. After receiving the item, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
